Fabric Reinforced Roofing
Look forward to years of trouble-free protection, low maintenance
Conklin’s Fabric-Reinforced Roofing System provides leak-free protection and exceptional energy savings for years. It maintains maximum reflectivity and energy savings because its surfaces are resistant to dirt and discoloration. Annual or bi-annual cleaning is all that’s needed to keep it white.
“We have found this system to be an excellent choice for both new construction and existing roof restoration projects. The positive features include full adherence to substrate, no air pockets to create condensation, full fabric immersion in base coat, simple detailing around curbs and vents, white reflective top coat and painless repairs. This system is fully sustainable for many years, and is a leak-free solution our company and clients love.” – William Schrock, Montana

Fabric Reinforced (Ply) System
A fabric – reinforced ply roofing system combines the leak-resistant seamless membrane of a liquid-applied system with the toughness and a tensile strength of a single-ply system. The reinforced fabric gives extra strength to the finished watertight coating membrane without adding significant weight. With its reflective, energy-saving white top coat, your finished ply system stands up against tough weather and offers strong long-lasting protection. Conklin revolutionized the commercial roofing industry when we introduced white acrylic Fabric Reinforced Coating Systems some thirty years ago. Even back then we knew that white roof surfaces reflect more of the sun’s heat rays than darker ones do. So white roofs stay naturally cooler – saving building owners up to 30% in cooling costs annually.
